1-1 online with a trained coach and mentor who has 20+ years real-world experience in global project & programme delivery leadership roles.
Email and WhatsApp support provided throughout.
Free exercises included, to complete between each session (allow ~1 hour for each).
Structured programme of five 50-minute sessions, 1-1 online via Zoom:
- Clarify - Define your goals, values and strengths, and how they fit your career aspirations.
- Explore - Work through your options to identify the most fulfilling path, testing the one or two directions that look most promising.
- Decide and plan - Choose a direction and map out what it will take to get there, including any skills, experience or networks to build.
- Position - Turn what you’ve learned into practice. Receive coaching and feedback on your CV, LinkedIn profile and interview preparation, so you can communicate clearly and authentically who you are, your value and what you offer (not what you do today).
- Act - Leave with a clear strategy, practical first steps, and a plan for the weeks after the programme ends.
Complete in five to ten weeks.
