Creating Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is a cornerstone of effective coaching.
As part of my own continuing development, I completed the VIA Character Strengths assessment — a scientifically validated tool used by coaches and psychologists worldwide.
My top three strengths are Fairness, Honesty, and Perspective — qualities I hope you'd want in a trusted thinking partner.

My qualifications and experience
I hold an EMCC & ICF accredited Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College.
I have coached and mentored tech professionals for over 20 years as part of my technology leadership roles.
I am a full member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
I hold an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from Henley Business School.
