Project Leadership Programme (PLP)
What separates the best PMs from the rest is leadership behaviour - how you handle a difficult sponsor, build trust in a new team, and make your case with confidence. PLP gives you techniques you can use on your current and future initiatives.
AI is already automating the parts of project management that were always process - scheduling, status reporting, tracking. What it can't do is read a room, hold a difficult sponsor conversation, or build trust under pressure. Those are the interpersonal skills this programme builds - the parts of your role that become more valuable, not less, as AI takes on the process work. No template or checklist teaches this.
PLP is APM-aligned - so it maps to a standard you already recognise - delivered in small cohorts with 1-1 coaching built in, delivered by a practitioner with real programme leadership experience.
