What makes this programme different?
Created and delivered by someone with real-world experience (20+ years in global tech project/programme delivery) who is also a trained coach and mentor.
Practical techniques and tips that can be applied immediately in the real world. Intense and Interactive, no padding.
Provide your own real challenges or desired outcomes in advance and we'll use them as live examples in the sessions.
Leadership training + complementary 1-1 coaching.
What format is it?
4 x 2-hour team sessions, structured around models and techniques you can apply in practise.
Each team member also receives a 30-minute individual 1-1 coaching session - explore a topic from the sessions or bring a practical challenge.
Available online via Zoom or at your team location.
Complete in:
- four weeks, based on one 2-hour session each week (usually at the same time-slot)
- two days (8 hours of content plus the 30-minute individual coaching sessions)
