The "Project Leadership Programme" is specifically designed to enable Project Managers and Programme Managers to excel in the key people skills and behaviours they require to be a leader in their field, and blends real life tips and techniques with a coaching approach.

Why use a human coach when AI tools are free?
AI can help you organise ideas, explore options and prepare for conversations. It’s fast, accessible and great for low‑stakes reflection.
Human coaching is different. It’s relational, intuitive and grounded in psychological safety. It helps you see yourself clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns and build confidence in who you’re becoming.

What happens in a coaching session?
You can expect to be asked challenging questions, to work through thought exercises, and to be truly listened to.
During coaching, you’ll have space and time to really think in a focussed way.
It’s up to you to figure out what actions to take. Coaching enables you to do that, without judging or directing you.

Do you offer coaching sessions in person?
Sessions are usually online via Zoom, but if you live in or near Reigate (Surrey, UK) contact me at info@echoclarity.co.uk.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. I am a member of the EMCC and ICF and abide by both the Global Code of Ethics - your sessions are completely confidential.
When and how do I pay?
The 30 minute introductory call is totally free and there is no obligation to continue.
When you sign up, payment in full is required 24 hours prior to the first session. I will send you a secure payment link and provide a receipt.
You may be able to claim back coaching costs through your company, if they offer a Self-Development Fund or similar.
What notice do I need to provide for rescheduling or cancelling sessions?
24 hours notice is required.

How do I choose a Coach?
Anyone can call themselves a Coach so it's important to do some research. Here are a few pointers:
Experience: have they worked as a Coach or in roles that incorporate Coaching?
- I have coached and mentored people for over 20 years as part of my leadership roles.
Qualifications: Do they have training/certifications in Coaching (look for EMCC/ICF accredited) or in related fields such as Leadership or Psychology?
- I hold an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from Henley Business School.
- I have an EMCC & ICF accredited Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College.
- I am also a full member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
