EchoClarity Coaching FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?.

I work with clients who are based in the UK or EU, from the following job families: Project Management, Programme Management, Portfolio, Engineering, Architecture, Product, Agile Delivery, Coaching, and HR.

Coaching is not just for C-level execs, it's a valuable tool for all professionals, whatever career stage they are at. It is about enabling positive change. A Global PWC survey in 2024 reported an average 7x ROI for money spent on coaching.

My Project Management mentoring approach is non-directive, blending my experience and perspective with a coaching approach.

What do I need to do to achieve the best outcome?

Be open to share, reflect and change.

I provide a confidential space where you can openly explore your topic and find your best way forward with clarity.

What about AI?

AI can help you organise ideas, explore options and prepare for conversations. It’s fast, accessible and great for low‑stakes reflection.

Human coaching is different. It’s relational, intuitive and grounded in psychological safety. It helps you see yourself clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns and build confidence in who you’re becoming.

Here's a coaching comparison table that AI helped me create:

You may be able to claim back coaching costs through your company, if they offer a Self-Development Fund or similar.

How do I choose a Coach?

Anyone can call themselves a Coach so it's important to do some research. Here's a few pointers:

  • Experience: have they worked as a Coach or in roles that incorporate Coaching?
  • Qualifications: Do they have training/certifications in Coaching (look for ICF/EMCC accredited) or in related fields such as Leadership or Psychology?
  • Feedback: Look for testimonials, reviews or a personal recommendation.

And most importantly, speak with them before committing to anything; coaching is a personal experience so you need to be comfortable with the Coach as an individual you can work with.

Whoever you choose, I wish you every success!
